Learn how to protect yourself against unfair, deceptive and abusive practices in the marketplace. The seminar will take place at the Gateway Conference Centre (C/o Florence Nightingale & Hans Dietrich Genscher, Khomasdal) and will be led by a long-time consumer protection expert.
