Call for Nominations: Representative for the NPC National Human Resources Development Plan (2026–2036) Core Working Group

The National Planning Commission (NPC) is embarking on the development of Namibia's National Human Resources Development Plan (NHRDP) 2026–2036. CIVIC +264 has been formally invited to nominate a representative to join the Core Working Group (CWG) to ensure civil society's voice, data, and technical input are integrated into national workforce planning.

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide technical input and strategic guidance on methodology, key sectors, and required skills.

- Assist with data collection, skills forecasting, and labour market information.

- Participate in validation workshops, including the upcoming **Sensitization Workshop on 23 July 2026 at 08:30 (NPC Office, Windhoek)

Who Should Apply?

We are seeking an individual with proven experience in development planning, skills development, macroeconomics, education and training, or labour market planning. (Please note: standard HR operational background does not fulfill the NPC criteria for this strategic working group).
