Our objective is to support local Namibian NGOs, preferably set up and driven by locals. Our focus is on small NGOs, which currently do not have a broad network or an established channel for donations and funding, and who could benefit from specific training, funding opportunities, and networking opportunities offered by us. Our services/ what we do
We offer different types of services to NGOs, based on their needs as voiced to us:
- Networking opportunities through regular in person meetings (Synergy booster)
- Skill and knowledge development through workshops, based on NGO needs (e.g. in marketing, website development and fundraising)
- Support to understand legal landscape for NGOs in Namibia
- Partnerships with NGOs to support them with donations and/or funding for specific needs (e.g. sanitary items for Oncology Unit of Central Hospital, Industrial Blender for Side by Side, gas freezer for PAY, Coffee-shop at Bio Market for Umbrella Initiatives)
- Channeling of donations from private donors (in kind or cash) to trusted NGOs or projects in our network
