The Namibian Child Rights Network’s (NCRN) envisions a country where all children enjoy their rights as defined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of Children.

The NCRN strives for:
- Collaboration: To bring together organisations that share a common concern for the advancement of children's well-being as outlined in the CRC, ACRWC and other international human rights agreements.
- Transformation: To act as a catalyst for change in building a child friendly nation, through the promotion, protection and fulfilment of the Rights of The Child.
- Encouragement: To advocate for children to participate meaningfully in all aspects of their lives, especially in matters affecting them, such as formulation of policy and decisions which impact on their lives.
