HOTA’s promise is to “bring arts to public places” through the following programmes;
1. Night Around the Fire (NATF): This series challenges artists, from musicians to poets to comedians, to step outside of their comfort zone and immerse themselves in a live experience. They are given a platform to connect directly with their fans, which builds their brand and reinforces fan loyalty. NATF paves the way to the Rundu Annual Arts Festival, where artists experience high-stakes performances that will prepare them for the international market.
2. Shifting perspective: This series stimulates self-reflection and constructive dialogue on various topics with the end goal of fostering mindset shifts and behavioural change. We aim to host thought leaders, industry experts, and influential figures to expose members of the community to new ideas and entrepreneurial opportunitie3. Craft shop – Art related products on sale to locals & visiting tourists. 4. Conduct ongoing practical workshops in visual and performing arts (sponsored or at a fee).
