The Lüderitz Disability Centre (LDC) was founded in 2014 with a vision to reach and unite all persons with disabilities in the ///Kharas region. It aims to uplift, empower and improve the living conditions of people with disabilities through education, training and employment creation. The organisation's focus programme is primarily on education, whereby have units for children with learning disabilities at local schools, vegetable gardens and entrepreneurship project.
