Office of the President, NPC - Request for Inputs on the Draft National Monitoring & Evaluation Policy & the Implementation Plan - 31 March 2023
The National Planning Commission (NPC) is requesting inputs from all stakeholders in Civil Society on the Draft National Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Policy and the Implementation Plan. The deadline to submit inputs is 31 March 2023.
The NPC is madated with the responsibility of developing M&E mechanisms and has developed a National Monitoring and Evaluation Policy (NM&E). The policy is intended to institutionalise, structure and sympathise the pratices of M&E.
In the Draft Implementation Plan, Non-Government Institutions are listed as Actors/Responsible Entities. Thus all stakeholders in Civil Society - Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), Community Based Organisationas (CBOs), Faith Based Organisations (FBOs), Non-State Actors (NSAs) etc. - are requested to submit inputs before the draft policy and the implementation plan are submitted to Cabinet.
